We are committed to making every shopping experience satisfying for you. If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can apply for a return or refund according to the following terms.
1. Return application conditions
1.1 The goods must be unused, undamaged, and retain the original packaging and accessories.
1.2 Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods, and the relevant order number and problem description must be provided.
1.3 Returns will not be accepted if the goods are used for more than 30 days.
2. No returns will be accepted in the following situations
2.1 Dissatisfaction caused by personal preference, size discrepancy or color difference (it is recommended to refer to the product description and size details to place an order).
2.2 Minor creases and transportation indentations caused by non-product quality issues (does not affect normal use).
2.3 Special clearance products, the page has been marked “non-returnable”.
3. Return Process
3.1 Please contact customer service via email (shipping.inquire@summersplashguns.com) to submit a return application.
3.2 After review, customer service will provide a return address and instructions.
3.3 Please ship the product within 30 days and provide valid logistics tracking information.
3.4 After the product is accepted by us, a refund will be arranged within 6 working days (excluding the original shipping fee).
4. Return shipping fee instructions
4.1 If there is a product quality problem, wrong goods, etc., we will bear the return shipping fee.
4.2 If you apply for a return for personal reasons (such as not liking/mistakenly ordering), the shipping fee must be borne by the buyer.
5. Refund method
5.1 The refund will be returned according to the original payment method, usually within 6 working days after the processing is completed.
5.2 The actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of each payment platform or bank.
